You can select your desired products on our website and submit your inquiry for a quote through the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Quotation
Once you provide sufficient information, we will respond or provide a quote for standard gift requests within one working day at the earliest.

Sample Production (if needed)
You can request a paid sample based on your needs. The typical sample production time is 7-14 days. We will proceed with mass production only after your confirmation.

Order Confirmation
When you intend to place an order, we will create a digital mock-up based on your requirements, allowing you to preview the final product for added assurance.

Mass Production
Upon order confirmation, we will arrange for mass production, with delivery typically taking about 15-30 working days.

Delivery
Once the products are completed, we will contact you in advance to arrange for delivery.
